Defender:
Mestra Rafaella
d'Allemtejo, Defender of Arts &
Sciences to the Shire of Mountain
Edge (2007) invites all comers to
participate in this years Arts &
Sciences Defenders Tourney held at
the Newberg Masonic Lodge.
Those who
have never before entered a contest
and those who are entering a newly
taken up craft are especially
encouraged to come and present their
knowledge and completion of their
chosen field.
Judges
are needed! Please contact Rafaella
(rafaella13(at)yahoo(dot)com) if
you'd like to
judge.
Entrants, please contact both
myself (Mestra Rafaella at the above
email), and the event steward, Macha,
at (macha@dragonsden.com)
by March 15th with the
type of entries you have and your
display space requirements. All
entrants get at least half a long
banquet table with wall space
behind. If your entry requires
additional space (such as – for
example – a warp weighted loom, one
or more dress forms to display
costumes, a “horse” to display a
caparison or period riding
equipment) PLEASE contact us in
advance.

Setup of displays begins at
10AM.

11:30AM.

Please plan on leaving your
displays up until at least
3:30PM so that the event
attendees may view them and
ask questions.
