Everyone is invited to come and rest from the labors of battle and celebrate the Harvest Season. Come eat, drink, and be merry. Scribal activities and on site contests are planned along with other fun activities and amusements. There will be a Subtlety Contest. Bardic performers are welcome here. Weather permitting, some armored and rapier fighting will take place outdoors.

There will be a pot luck feast. No stove available. Crock Pot or non-perishable contributions are requested.

Site: The Chehalem Youth Center which is located behind the Newberg Armory at 620 N. Morton, Newberg, OR 97132. This is a Dry Site.

The site opens at 2:00 pm and closes at 10:00 pm. on Oct. 24.

There is no site fee for this event, but a canned food donation to be given to a local food bank is requested.

Directions:

Take your best route to Newberg, OR. Coming from the east: Get on Hwy 99W (also called Portland Rd.). Drive through Newberg. Hwy 99W will turn into a one way road called Hancock St. Turn right on Main St., this is also Hwy. 240 and a traffic light intersection. Go over the RR tracks. Follow Hwy. 240 as it curves to the left. Pass Grant St. on the left. Turn left on Morton, the next street on the left. Continue down Morton until you reach the Armory on the left. The Youth Center is behind the Armory. There is a parking lot and additional parking on the street.

From McMinnville: Drive into Newberg on Hwy 99W (the name will change to First St). Turn left on Main St., this is also Hwy 240. Follow directions as above.
